What a great shot! The light shining on the chair makes me wonder what happened to the person who sat in it.

Artist's Description

Found this place in the middle of nowhere in East Germany. From what I saw, I think this was a rich house, like a stately home. Then after the war I have know idea what it was used for.until 1955, the communist turned it into a nursing home. Then from 2000 it has been empty. The place was like a palace, beautiful oak panels, all carved.
